We meet our consumers exactly where they are—and help them get to where they want to go. Whether preparing their favorite meals, taking part in their hobbies or supporting social connection—our at-home caregivers make it possible for individuals with disabilities to carry out essential activities without ever disrupting their daily routine.
Although Bloom is passionate about the independence of our consumers, there are times when having a caregiver under the same roof is important for their safety and well being. Think of us as an in-house extension—we’ll take care of the business side of shared living arrangements by providing support for adults with disabilities who are living with a family member or a caregiver.
